This weekly summer rental is suited to 2 couples  OR  2 adults with 2 kids.  Not available to large groups.
 
There are 2 bedrooms - one with Queen bed (new) and  the other with 2 single beds(new). Bedrooms are air-conditioned. One four piece bathroom.
 
-      Fully equipped kitchen with 7 appliances including freezer and washer/dryer.
       Full complement of dishes& cookware incl expresso machine & blender.
       Herbs/spices/other condiments provided.
-      Towels/faceclothes/bedding provided plus shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion.
       Hair blower & curling iron available.
-      Home is clean on arrival & should be left tidy.  Dishes/pots washed.
 
-Check-in  3 PM    (No early check-in)
-Check-out  10:30  (No late check out)
-NO SMOKING.       NO PETS.
 
-Cable and wi-fi internet provided.  Pls bring your own laptop
        and telephone.  42" plasma television/VCR provided.
 
-Outdoor dining area seats 8.  BBQ provided.
-Plenty of lawn chairs.   Fire pit available (depends on fire danger)
-57 ft of private sandy beach with comfortable depth for children.
-Private boat lift included on shared dock.
-Off street parking plus carport.
